The developer behind this project in Castle Hill sought to maximise his results while using the smallest amount of materials possible.
Low waste build
Our solution was to deliver a highly efficient, low waste build in a very short building programme. Amongst our recommendations was the use of natural cladding, which achieves durability without any chemical treatment and can be disposed of responsibly at its life’s end.
Expansive mountain views
The resulting barn-style home provides holiday accommodation for up to ten guests, offering warm, sunny interiors and expansive views to the mountains outside.
